Whether you're a new tea drinker or an expert, tasting the tea is a major factor with catching a good vibe. To ensure you're fulfilled with your purchase, NTH makes it simple to try out the teas before you splurge. 

 

If you don't absolutely love your tea, you can get a store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@nicesteahouse.com. 

 

We do not accept returns for any reason.

 

How it goes:

• Request for a store credits must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

• Store credits are valid for tea only.

• One store credit per tea item. 

• Limit: 3 store credits per customer in a 12 month period.

• Gift boxes are not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

• NTH Teaware is not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange as items are customized to each customer, except for mugs and general infuser balls.

• Orders shipped to the wrong address are not eligible for a refund. Once your package is returned to us, you will receive a store credit. 

• Store credits expire 180 days after they are issued.
